He was predeceased by: his father William M. Roupe Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Roupe-Cole (Stewart) of Newton Falls; his sisters, Debra (Wayne Burns), Kay Day of Corryton, TN, Kimberly Shumaker of Newton Falls and Tonja (Jim Kellar); and his stepbrother Michael Newport. He is also survived by 2 god sons, and many nieces and nephews.
The family has requested that all donations please be made to the National Kidney Foundation 30 East 33rd St. New York, NY 10016-5337 in his memory.
