He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William B. Locke, Sr. and Mary R. Locke (Auld); his son Jason Locke (Meghan) of Chicago; and his sisters, Mary Pat Juhasz (John) of North Jackson, Linda Miller (Timothy) of Mineral Ridge, Christine Gialousis (Emanuel) of Berlin Center and Florence Telesz of Renfrew, PA. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews and cousins.
