It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Quiggle of Newton Falls, Ohio, born in Bristolville, Ohio, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Z. Powell and Mary A. Smith Powell; and her siblings, Arthur Powell, Donna Powell, Edna Haughn, Carl Powell and Robert Powell.
She is survived by: her son Carl R. Quiggle (Deborah) of Warren; her brother Frederick J. Powell of Warren; her grandchildren, Tabitha Quiggle (Ian Hawkins) and Jeremy Quiggle (Krystal); her stepgranddaughters, Melinda Todd and Alisha Vananzo; and her great grandchild Ryan Quiggle.
