We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2021, at the age of 81, Syble Ramsey (Newton Falls, Ohio), born in Duck, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Glenville Ramsey and Noni Ramsey (Brown); her daughters, Elaine Starcher (Buddy) of Streetsboro and Sheila Hastings (Bryan) of Newton Falls; her grandchildren, Adam Mihuta (Riane Makuch) of Oakwood Village, Zachary Mihuta of Northfield, Brianna of Newton Falls and Dakota Hastings of Newton Falls; and her great grandchild Damian Mihuta. She was also cherished by five sisters and three brothers.
