He was predeceased by : his parents, Steve and Magdalena Bahat Namesnik, Sr.; and his brothers, Ivan, Joseph and Frank, his wife Annette Marie Toth.
He is survived by : his wife Catherine Namesnik; his siblings, Mark and Elizabeth Schmidt (James); his children, Stephen R. (Virginia), Margaret "Peggy" Kunkle (Vincent), Mark Namesnik and Mike Namesnik; his step-children, Leonard Streets, Jr. (Jennifer) and Lori Hartford (Michael); and his sister-in-law Carol Namesnik.
