He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Robert and Donna Marion Forepaugh (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Christine Lynn Clonch; his stepmother Betty Forepaugh of Aurora; his children, Libby Forepaugh of Austintown, Sarah Forepaugh of Kankakee, Stephanie Forepaugh of Cape Coral and Ben Forepaugh of Newton Falls; and his brothers, Larry Forepaugh (Terry) of Ripley and Harry Forepaugh (Jeanne) of Bristolville.
