He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Robert and Donna Marion Forepaugh (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Christine Lynn Clonch; his stepmother Betty Forepaugh of Aurora; his children, Libby Forepaugh of Austintown, Sarah Forepaugh of Kankakee, Stephanie Forepaugh of Cape Coral and Ben Forepaugh of Newton Falls; and his brothers, Larry Forepaugh (Terry) of Ripley and Harry Forepaugh (Jeanne) of Bristolville.

The family asks that all contributions go in the form of donations to the Wounded Warrior Project 600 River Ave. Suite 400 Pittsburgh, PA 15212.
