He is survived by: his parents, Don Parkhurst (Barbara) of Warren and Charlotte Crew Finney (Will) of Cortland; his wife Patricia "Patty" Cline; his children, Robert "Rob" A. Parkhurst Jr. of Newton Falls, Nicole Rodman (Jake) of Newton Falls, David Parkhurst (Heather) of Irving and Brandon Salen of Warren; his siblings, Michelle Ascano of Warren, Laurie Newton (Terry) of Champion and Dan Parkhurst (Angie) of Mantua; and his grandchildren, Kenleigh, Kyler, Jace, Xander, Athena and Ayla. He is also survived by six stepbrothers and step sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Rob's name to Warren First Assembly of God Church, 2640 Parkman Road NW, Warren, Ohio 44485.
