With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard E. Linton of Newton Falls, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 19, 2024 at the age of 78. In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Byron and Thelma Linton (Sayre); and his son Richard M. Linton. He is survived by: his wife Frances "Aleece" Linton (Meador); his children, Lesley Hall (Nicholas) of Parkman and William Linton (Tamara) of Newton Falls; his grandsons, Mitchell Samas and Braxton Hall; and his siblings, Anita Russell (Michael) of Coolville and Jess Linton (Tammy) of Coolville.
