He is survived by: his wife Elsie Whetzel of Newton Falls; his children, Jeffrey Fowler (Christine) of Newton Falls, OH and Lenore Torres (Antonio) of Drummonds, TN; his brother David Fowler of Lordstown, OH; and his grandchildren, Derrick, Jessica Torres, Marcus, Rachel, Jaret and Ty Fowler.
