He was predeceased by: his father Oldrich F. Zamecnik; his stepfather Pete Merrow; his brother Jimmy Zamecnik; his great grandchild Grayson Zamecnik; and his niece Sarah Lucak.
He is survived by: his mother Patricia A. Merrow; his wife Linda; his sons, Charlie Stytle and Richard Zamecnik II (Frances); and his siblings, Michael Zamecnik (June), Bobby Zamecnik (Jennifer), George Merrow, Patty Lucak (Greg) and Debbie Lee (Michael). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Rick's name to the General Assembly Church of God, 2021 E. River Road, Newton Falls, Ohio, 44444.
