He is survived by: his children, Tammy Hurst of Champion, OH, Tricia Wojnarski of Safe Harbor, FL, Cammy (Fred Ricketts), Kelly Sullivan of Middlefield, OH and Kerry (Angela Sullivan). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
