She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Wilmoth; her son Jeremy Collins; and her brother Gary Collins. She is survived by: her siblings, Tina Collins Jones of Windham, Mitch Collins of Newton Falls, Lynne Collins Boylan of Rincon, Georgia, Sherri Collins Boggs of Niles, Chuck Collins of Warren, Matt Collins of Garrettsville and Tom Collins of Garrettsville; and her grandchildren, Courtney Rae Wilmoth and Nathan Wilmoth.
