Cavucci (Michelle) of Roundhill, VA and Stephanie A. Anthony (Michael) of Lordstown; her brother Gary Shade (Barbara) of Murray, KY; and her grandchildren, Kaiden, Rylie and Seth. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
