She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius M. Zaleski and Sandra L. Zaleski (Thomas); and her brother Michael West. She is survived by: her husband Glenn T. Ballentine of Newton Falls; her daughters, Sarah Ballentine (Alec Platt) of Newton Falls and Mary Brown (Shaun) of Newton Falls; her siblings, Kimberly Ulrich of Hopewell, VA, Rita Wilson (Keith) of Sebring, OH, Marlene Rigdon of Alliance, OH, Mark Zaleski of Canton, OH, Martin Zaleski (Tracie) of Alliance, OH and Raised; her daughter Charlene Lock of Newton Falls; and her grandchildren, Anthony, McKenzie, Cameron, Kaleb and Julius. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
