Hornyak of Newton Falls; his daughter Jennifer Hornyak of Newton Falls; his siblings, Gloria Jean Mihalenko and Martin Hornyak; and his grandchildren, Kelsi Edwards, Courtney Mazey, Brock DeAngelo and Bronson DeAngelo.
