She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leon Garrett and Lillian Reynolds Garrett of Elberton; her husband Walter Phelps; her children, Wesley Davis of Newton Falls, Tyler Phelps of Columbus and Julie Davis of Newton Falls; and her siblings, Keith Garrett (Karen) of Lavonia, Georgia, Saronda Worley of Elberton, Georgia, Sherry Almond of Elberton, Georgia and Tammie Shaw of Elberton, Georgia.
