He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Cooke. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Cooke (Murphy); his uncle Glen P. Murphy of Wheeling, WV; his cousin Vera Kay Murphy of Warren, OH; and his friend Ernest Paugh of Warren, OH.
