She is survived by: her husband Nick; her children, Chris (Jari Burgos) of Cleveland, Nick, Jr. of Warren and Julie of Lakewood; her brother Gerald Lenarcic (Sharon) of Fort Myers, Florida; and her aunt Stella DeMaria of Ravenna.
