He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Seals and Dorothy Seals (Fischer); his sisters, Kay Nowlin, Sue-Ellen Kingan and Rosalyn Newlon; and his children-in-law, Thomas Collins and Kimberly Seals.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Martin); his children, Sherri Collins and John Seals; his grandchildren, Jessica Zuelch (Brian), Tiffany Scherer (Jeff), John Seals (Harlie), Mitchell Collins (Jenna) and Kyle Collins; his great grandchildren, Dylan, Jameson and Charles; and his sisters, Donna Huffman, Judy Campbell (Larry) and Becky Walker (Pete). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The family would like to encourage friends to consider honoring John's memory by donating to an organization of your choice that benefits veterans, to carry on the love of his brothers and sisters in arms.
