He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Grunder and Zola Grunder (Johnson); his son Jody; and his siblings, Robert Grunder, Louise Bowman, Charlotte Betz and Betti Daily.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Grunder of Newton Falls, Brian Grunder of Southington, Karlene Lane (Chuck) of Newton Falls and Michelle Harvey (John) of Newton Falls. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren and one great-great grandchildren.
