He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley Welch and Twila Welch (Stevens); his wife Virginia F. Setzenfand; his children, Harriett Welch, James and Larry Welch; and his siblings, Frank, Mark Welch, Marie Smith and Amanda Garrison.
He is survived by: his children, Diana Neill of Harmony, PA, Jerry Welch of Lake Milton, Ted (Lisa Welch) and Patrick (Patti Welch); and his siblings, Ruth Lemmon of Butler, PA, Vivian Roxberry of Butler, PA and Lester (Suzanne Welch). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
The family has requested that all donations please be made to the Charity Masonic Temple 2830 St. Rt. 225 Deerfield, OH 44411 in his memory.
