She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Willard and Ruth Willard (James); her husband Merle; and her brothers, Clifton Willard and Elwayne Willard.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila, Larry Hinzman of Paris Twp, Linda, Jerry Casto of Tipton, GA and Dale Stocker; and her daughter-in-law Ruth Stocker of Cortland. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, & 4 great-grandchildren.
