With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Holly Rosco Greathouse Jr. of Newton Falls, Ohio, born in Elizabeth, West Virginia, who passed away on June 8, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Holly Roscoe Greathouse and Ottis Greathouse Sr. (Salthill); his wife Waneda; his granddaughter Lilie Greathouse; his great grandchild Richard Levi Greathouse; and his siblings, Bessie Arthur, Garnet Hess, Garland, Carl, Eugene and Larry Greathouse.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Newton (Steve) of Phillipi, WV and David Greathouse (Joyce) of Newton Falls; his daughter-in-law Vicky Greathouse of Annamoriah, WV; his siblings, Gwen Gibson of Bristolville, OH and Gary Greathouse (Carol) of Newton Falls; and his grandchildren, Heidi Phillips (Steve), Amy Rahming (Chuck), Gary Greathouse (Melissa), Angela Slomcheck and Richard Greathouse (Denise). He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.
