He was predeceased by: his parents, Sewell Chauncy Scott and Ellen May Scott (Colburn); his son Richard A. Scott; and his sisters, Geneva Jones, Bea Passmore, Peggy Hurd and Norma Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M. Scott; and his children, Barbara Smathers of Shadyside, OH, Florence (Ed King), Beatrice (James Baker) and Kermit Scott of Bellaire, OH. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.
The family has requested that all donations please be made to the Vienna Fish & Game Club 1508 Youngstown-Kingsville Rd. Vienna, OH 44473 in his memory.
