He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; and his children, Diane Clements (Dan) of Shaker Heights, OH and Dale. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Grace Clements, Matthew Clements and Stephanie Harmon.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The First Christian Church of Newton Falls or the American Heart Association.
