He is survived by: his parents, Frank S. Jr. and Doris Kelley of Espyville; his stepfather Richard Kelley of Espyville; his children, Donelle Wilson (Phill) of Whitesboro, Aimee Rakijasic of Champion and Matthew Rakijasic (Kristina) of Champion; his grandchildren, Noah Wilson, Travis Wilson, Alena, Analese, Ashlynne Rakijasic, Austin Rakijasic and Taylor Rakijasic; and his brother David Rakijasic of California.
