He is survived by: his children, Catreese Discerni (Joseph) of Warren, OH, Frank Cline III (Stephanie) of Youngstown, OH and Terry Cline (Rhonda) of Simpsonville, SC; and his sisters, Mary Beth and Carol Anne. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
