She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Smith and Celia Smith (Richards); and her brother Melvin Smith. She is survived by: her husband Gabriel "Gabe" Ballas of Newton Falls; her nephews, Michael (Julie Ballas) and Kelly Smith of San Diego, CA; her niece Ricia Ballas (Scott Davis); and her sister-in-law Joanne Ballas of Newton Falls.
The family has requested that all donations please be made to the St. Mary & St. Joseph Catholic Church, 131 Quarry Street, Newton Falls, OH 44444 in her memory.
