He is survived by: his wife Judith Smith; his children, Jeff Leeworthy (Lisa) of Newton Falls, Brian Leeworthy (Tammy Moss) of Newton Falls, Wendy Heltzel of Newton Falls, Mary Roberts (Dale) of Southington, Sandra Moon (Jake) of Leavitsburg, OH and Brenda Hunt (Gary) of Newton Falls; and his brothers, Ernest Leeworthy (Judy), Arthur Leeworthy (Mary) and Kevin Leeworthy (Mary). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
