She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Murphy and Alberta Murphy (Robinson); her husband Eugene Cooke; her son Kenneth Cooke; and her brothers, Vernon and Glenn Murphy.
She is survived by: her niece Vera Kay Murphy of Warren; and her great-nephew Richard Cooke, Jr. (Cynthia) of Newton Falls.
