She is survived by: her husband Russ; her children, Bud Carpenter (Karen) of Niles, Terry Carpenter (Susan) of North Canton, Brian Carpenter (Erin) of Mogadore and Teresa Knight (Sam) of Windham; her siblings, Lloyd McPherson (Mary) of Windham, Roger McPherson (Delores) of Ravenna, Warren McPherson of Windham, Joe McPherson (Connie) of Kettering and Patti Moore (Jim) of Windham; her grandchildren, Michael, Anthony, Adam, Jessica, Danielle, Malinda (Jay), Jen (Brent), Ben, Stephanie, Devon, Rusty and Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Miley, Emma, Logan, Owen, Leyna, Liam, Bear and Damon; her sister-in-law Carol McPherson; and also Kay (Kenny).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dorothy's name to the Windham Church of the Nazarene for the new addition.
