He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Spencer; his son Shawn Headley (Amy) of Lordstown, Ohio; his siblings, Allen Headley (Iz) of Mogadore, Ohio and Charlotte Shifra of Kent; and his nieces and nephews, Riley, Carter and Adam.
