She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard N. Oliphant and Marie A. Oliphant (Robertshaw); her husband Lawrence J. Sembach (Butch); her sons, Larry Sembach (Carolyn) and David Sembach; and her sisters, Anna Mae Edmonds, Mary Lou Helfrich and Frieda Zakarosky.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen (Steven Oyster); her grandchildren, Joshua Oyster (Laura), Adam Oyster (Mara), Ally Oyster, Megan McPhail (Jake), Steven Bate, Matt Bate (Janet) and David Sembach; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Gabe, Lily, Sam, Claire, Mackenzie, Dalton, Dillon, Ella and Avery; and her close friend Patty Flanigan of Newton Falls. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
