He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph William Lilly and Dorothy Ann Lilly (Buckland); his son Michael Lilly; and his brother Frank Lilly. He is survived by: his wife Kris A. Lilly of Newton Falls; his children, William Braham of Newton Falls and Linda Lilly of Niles, OH; his sister Cora Davis (Sue) of Beckley, WV; his grandchildren, Riley Fincham, Nic Lilly and Nick Deimling; and his great grandchildren, Isabella and Audreille.
