It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Crooks of Newton Falls, Ohio, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Schuler Blair and Newton Falls; and his sisters, Betty Chicko and Linda List. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Jamison (John) of Howland, Rose Cox (Bob) of Niles, John Crooks (Kay) of Newton Falls and Hugh Blair (Loan); and his friends, Cheyenne and Lola.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Chuck's name to Never Muzzled, P.O. Box 293, Newton, Falls, OH 44444.
