Kuchta and Mary Dropjac Kuchta Baker; his wife Sandra (Ballas); his daughter Carla of Vienna; his siblings, Louise Stefancin of Berea and Robert Kuchta (Jean) of Texas; his in-laws, Andy, Eileen Ballas of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Richard and Barbara of Chelsea, Michigan; his uncles, Kuie and Carl; and also Sonny.
