He is survived by: his children, Kathy (James Hogue), Lisa Foreman of Newton Falls, Susan (Clarence Riley), Carl Foreman Jr. of Niles and Michael Foreman of Cortland, OH; and his siblings, Julia Harrington of Birds, IL, Linda (Ron Hoalt), Jack (Linda Foreman), Archie (Verna Foreman) and Robert (Sharon Foreman). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
