She is survived by: her husband Robert Samples; her daughter Kristi Brockway (Derrick); her grandchildren, Lindsey Harris and Jakob Warren; her great grandchildren, Kaylee Harris and Jace Harris; and her siblings, Buck Miller, Jack Miller, Nancy Miller, Judy Miller, Lisa Cook and Tracey Finney.
