She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stouder and Lucille Stouder; her husband Vernon "Buck" Carroll; her daughter Cathy Jean Powell; and her siblings, Basil, Virgil, Violet, Gail and June.

She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Hartman (Larry) of Farmdale; her grandchildren, Brandy Hartman of Farmdale, Michael Hartman (Michelle) of Londonderry, Tracy Hall of Austintown and Joe Powell (Katie) of Pittsburgh; and her nieces, Linda Bobbey (Jim), Sandee Holesko and Debra Davis (Mark) of Newton Falls, Ohio.. She is also survived by her six great grandchildren.
