She was predeceased by: her parents, Elgie Day and Hazel Day (Gabbard); her husband Gordon; her son Jackie; and her siblings, Tony and Ruth.
She is survived by: her close friend Daniel Holbrook; her children, Gordon Watkins, Jr. of Indiana, Loretta Caldwell of Cincinnati and Barbara Perez of Cincinnati; and her siblings, Henry of Kentucky, Roger Day of Kentucky, Teresa, Drew and Janice of Kentucky.
