He is survived by: his son Douglas Smith (Ellen); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Smith (Chrissie) of Tulsa and Christiana Czinger (Kris) of Sheffield Village; and his great grandchildren, Sylvia, Trevor Smith, James and Anna Czinger. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
