She is survived by: her husband William Kay Thomas; her children, Chet Hockenberry (Kathy), Heidi Myers (Bill) and Becky Cox (Bud); her grandchildren, Chad Hockenberry (Cassie Huck), Kyle Hockenberry (Taylor Harney), Shannon Surrena (James), Rachel Myers, Aspen Cox (Ivan Porter) and Bailey Cox; her great grandchildren, Kylee, Reagen and Jackson Hockenberry; her grandchildren, Karah, Madie, James and Richie Surrena; her siblings, Bonnie Hockenberry (Bill) and Ed; her sister-in-law Grace Long; and her nieces and nephews, Dow Hockenberry, Greg Long (Sheila) and Terri Haines (Glen).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to The Tunnel of Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306, to support wounded soldiers.
