He is survived by: his daughter Terri Lynn Hall Rodgers (Lance); his sister-in-law Carla Crater Hall; his nieces and nephews, Kipp Hall (Kathy), Susan Hall Bourne, Kelly Addy (Tom), Christopher Hall (Rhonda) and Kurt Hall (Kathy); his brother-in-law John Buss II (Janet); his niece Penny Lynn Buss; his nephew John Buss III (Tricia); his sister-in-law Frances Dawn Linscott (Buss); his nieces and nephews, John Curtis Linscott (Mary Jo), Julianne Kallman (Dan) and JJ Danker (Tim); and his cousins, Stephen Fillman (Carolyn), Delores McVey (Chet), Amy Goettge Helsel (Jared), Kathy Goettge Harstein (Jay) and Ronald Yanai (Donna). He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
