He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Moore and Helen Moore (Gray); and his siblings, Linda Bryant, Robert Carr, Donald Carr and Bill Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Moore (Stowers); his children, Michael Moore Jr. (Michele), Curtis Moore (Kelly Dotson), Heather Little (Jeff Hoover) and Melissa Phillips (David Privitt); his grandchildren, Drake Privitt, Brynn Privitt, Arianna Dotson, Bryor Dotson and Marianne Little; and his siblings, Debra Snook of Florida, Dorothy Fulton of Florida, Eva VanZandt (Donald) of Texas, LeeAnn Morris (Blaine) of Ohio and Steve Moore of Florida.
