He is survived by: his wife Jody S. DiSantis (Cook); his children, Noah Kritz (Brittany) of Shadyside, OH, Tara Blackwell (Matthew) of Wheeling and Mark DiSantis III of Wheeling; his parents, Mark DiSantis Sr. (Sharon) of Jacobsburg, OH and Patty Warner of Bellaire, OH; his grandmother Peggy Thomas of Bellaire, OH; his brothers, Erik Baratie (Jaime) of Galloway, OH and Dennis DiSantis of Wilmington, OH; and his close friends, Bibber and Sebastian. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
