She was predeceased by: her father Dale George; her brother Kevin George; her brother-in-law Lloyd Treadway; and her aunts, Orletta McClough and Marcella McGee.
She is survived by: her mother Ruth Stotts; her husband Jim Fitzpatrick; her sister Kelly Treadway; her mother-in-law Jane Fitzpatrick; her sister-in-law Sarah Fitzpatrick (Lance Foster); her stepfather Boyd Potts; her children, Ashley Duemmel (Tommy), Mandy Dennis (Kylie) and A. J. Dennis (Sarah); her grandchildren, Josie, Sadie, Iris, Storm and Ashton; her great-niece Emma; her cousin Aaron George of Illinois; and also, Andy Fitzpatrick and Sabrina Waxler (Todd).
In lieu of flowers, Kim has asked for donations to be made to the First Baptist Church of Newcomerstown (135 S River St, Newcomerstown, OH 43832) for the Youth kids Sunday school.
