She is survived by: her husband Gerald Evans; her children, Mandy McMath (Darrell), Tina Buckey (Tony), James Evans and Nikol Lafollette (Mark); her grandchildren, Jacob Mathews, Jerry Evans, Crystal Jacks and Rodger Sweeney; and her close friends, Sue Norman and Wanda Belle.
