She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Laura Elizabeth Rothenstein (Tice). She is survived by: her husband Rollin R. Welch; and her children, Michael Welch (Denise) of Newcomerstown, David Welch of Newcomerstown, Kathy Welch of Newcomerstown and Melissa Welch Berry (Tom) of Texas City, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
