It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John C. Kissel II of Newcomerstown, Ohio, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Carney Kissel I; his son John C. Kissel III; his stepdaughter Brenda Glazer; his granddaughter Whitley Lehman; and his sisters, Martha Miller, Ruth Cramblett and Etta Mae Parrish.
He is survived by: his significant other Judy West; his daughter Shelly Kissel Lehman (Richard) of New Philadelphia; his stepsons, Mike Gibson (Nancy) of Newcomerstown and Tim Gibson (Marlene) of Kalamazoo, MI; his grandchildren, Kendyl, Landon Lehman, Terry Gibson, Corey Lafferty, Megan, Colin Gibson, Autumn Cooper, Keelyne Stoffer (Justin), Nash and Ryker Kissel; his sister Linda McCormick (Rodney); and his pet Tiger Paw. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
