It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy J. Kellam (Newcomerstown, Ohio), born in Pine Hall, North Carolina, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Belcher and Vina Belcher (Mitchell); her husband Leroy Kellam; and her siblings, George Belcher, Edward Belcher, Shirley Russell and Rose Scott.
She is survived by: her son Todd Kellam (Jen Riddle) of Newcomerstown; her grandchildren, Lexis Kellam, Alliyah Kellam, Lee Kellam, Abigail Harris, Ronald Harris and Noah Scott; her great grandchildren, Alicia Baker, Alayzha Powell, Akyus Harris and Akiraha Kellam; and her sister Debbi Belcher of Akron.
